In this video, I have mentioned two activities. In both the activities you have to give marks as per instructions. When you compare both the activities, I am damn sure you will get more marks in the second activity as compared to 1st activity. On the other hand, i have mentioned the context of that activity for your more understandings.

1. There are so many components of success, but trust is one of them which is highly rated in both personal and professional life. Organisations do not love any of the person, they just love your services only. When you take responsibility, the trust level increases which leads you to the passion and passion demands persistence, persistence leads to prosperity.
2. If company is not earning from your existence, they would not keep you any more.
3. Where there is trust, there is a effective team management structure.
